For our events (unless stated otherwise on the invitation):
The invitation and Your ticket (if You have confirmed Your attendance and paid the ticket price) are transferable, so if You are unable to attend, You can send another person in Your place.
If You are unable to attend, and cannot find someone to take Your place, please confirm Your cancellation in writing or by email as soon as possible. If Your cancellation is confirmed at least two business days before the event, the ticket price will be refunded.
If We cancel the event and You have paid the ticket price, We will refund the ticket price or You can use the credit for another event (provided You use it within four months).
